For some, owning a Chanel handbag is just your bog average bag. For others (like me) it's a dream that usually never comes to reality. However, I managed to bag my own one thanks to a special gift :)
There are two bags you need to know about in life, the Hermes Birkin (which Posh has for a reported 40k) and the other is, the Chanel 2.55 (guys take notes). A typical Chanel handbag you say? Well, helllooooo, it’s called an icon! History was made when Coco Chanel introduced this bag in February 1955 (as in, 2.55). Coco wanted a shoulder bag to free up her hands. Hey, she had other things to carry. The quilts were inspired by jackets worn by jockeys (yes, jockeys). This classic is being reissued for this season in a range of summer colours as-well-as the traditional black bag in matte and patent leather. For Princess's everywhere this bag is a MUST, get saving people, this is an investment that you cant turn down!
